Ingredients: high-quality pharmacological propylene glycol, demineralized water, non-toxic organic (carboxylated) corrosion inhibitors of new generation, due.<\/p>\n<p>Heat transfer fluids \u00abThermagent\u00bb have a lot of advantages over the coolants available in the market:<br \/>\n&#8212; New generation of heat transfer fluids<br \/>\n&#8212; Organic Acid technology<br \/>\n&#8212; Raw materials and components of leading chemical German companies.<br \/>\n&#8212; Organic corrosion inhibitors do not contain borax, nitrites and amines<br \/>\n&#8212; Environmentally safe.<\/p>\n<p>Recommendation of use:<br \/>\nSafe heat transfer fluid \u00abTHERMAGENT-30 ECO\u00bb is produced on the base of\u00a0 pharmacological propylene glycol DOW (Germany) and is designed by the newest\u00a0 technology \u00abOrganic Acid technology\u00bb. Contains non-toxic organic (carboxylated) corrosion\u00a0 inhibitors and the package of special additives made in Germany.\u00a0 It is designed for different types of heating and air-conditioning systems as a process fluid\u00a0 providing the operation at the range from -30\u00b0. to +106\u00b0. (according to instructions on the\u00a0 rules of operation of the equipment), and primarily for double-pressure boilers and at sites with advanced requirements to the environmental safety. Recommended to be used in\u00a0 refrigerating equipment of food, radio technical, electrical and other sectors of industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTHERMAGENT-30 ECO\u00bb is not recommended to be used in the electrolysis boilers (&#171;Galan&#187; type).\u00a0Specially selected package of additives of heat transfer fluid protects from scale, corrosion\u00a0and foaming. As an exception, it is undesirable to use it in systems with galvanized pipes, as\u00a0precipitations are possible. \u00abTHERMAGENT-30 ECO\u00bb does not aggressively affect on the\u00a0plastic and metal-filled plastic, rubber, paronite, and flax, i.e. exclude the possibility of leaks.\u00a0 However, it should be known that it has a little more fluidity than water, so much care should\u00a0be taken when assembling all seal assemblies and preliminary system pressure testing\u00a0should be obligingly carried out.\u00a0If necessary, the joints in the systems can be treated with a sealant resistant to glycol\u00a0mixtures (&#171;Hermes\u00bb, \u00abABRO\u00bb, \u00abLOCTITE\u00bb), as well as use silky line without first coating\u00a0with oil paint.\u00a0Heat transfer fluid has high stability and ensures continuous operation for ten years.\u00a0It is not recommended to dilute \u00abTHERMAGENT-30 ECO\u00bb with water as it can lead to\u00a0deterioration of corrosion properties.<\/p>\n<p>Attention: mixing with other heat transfer fluids and antifreezes without preliminary check is\u00a0undesirable because it can lead to the destruction of anti-corrosion additives and deterioration of anticorrosion properties. Lifetime of heat transfer fluid depends on the mode of its operation. It is not recommended to bring heat transfer fluid to the state of as in case of overheating to temperatures more than\u00a0+170 \u00b0 C, high-temperature deterioration of ethylene glycol and additives will start. Therefore,\u00a0heating boilers should be provided with adequate circulation of heat transfer fluid.\u00a0To do this \u00abTHERMAGENT-30 ECO\u00bb should be diluted according to the recommendations\u00a0specified in characteristics and have a more powerful circulation pump than at working on the\u00a0water (on performance \u2013 in 10%, o pressure \u2013 in 60%), and also perform heating of heat\u00a0transfer fluid at subzero temperatures gradually not turning on the boiler at full capacity.\u00a0It should be also taken into account that heat transfer fluid has a higher coefficient of volume\u00a0 expansion in comparison with water; therefore expansion tank in the systems should be at\u00a0least 15% of their volume.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTHERMAGENT-30 ECO\u00bb is non-hazardous for human and animals, has the tolerance for\u00a0 using as a coolant in food industry.
