ROSNEFT TURBOGEAR 32, 46, 32 EP, 46 EP

Description

Rosneft Turbogear – is a premium new generation turbine oil manufactured from high quality base oils. The oil contains a specially selected ashless composition of imported additives that improves antioxidation, anticorrosion and demulsifying properties.

Application

Rosneft Turbogear oils are intended for use in modern steam turbines, in gas pumping units and other similar equipment. It is used as a lubricant for the mechanisms of turbine units (including gears and multipliers), as well as a hydraulic fluid in the control systems of these machines.

Approvals and specifications

Viscosity grade: ISO VG: 32, 46

Approvals and specifications: DIN 51515-1; DIN 51515-2; Siemens TLV 901304, 901305; GEK 101941A; Solar Turbines ES 9-224 Class II, Ansaldo Energia (excl. Rosneft Turbogear 32)

Benefits

• High oxidation stability prevents the formation of aggressive acid and deposits in the lubrication system and contamination of the filter elements, thus reducing the risk of unplanned downtime;
• Demulsifying properties effectively help separating the water in the circulation system's tanks, thus protecting the equipment from corrosion and premature wear;
• Deaeration and antifoam properties comply with the most up-to-date requirements of turbine manufacturers;
• Excellent antiwear and extreme pressure properties reduce wear and decrease surface damage of gears and bearings, thereby ensuring long-term smooth operation of the turbine units, including in the combined turbine-multiplier/reducer systems.
